1 teaspoon Salt
3 Onions sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon Curry powder
4 Apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 Frying Chicken, cut up

Method for making Chicken Madras
|
|
In 3 qt casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry powder. Mix well. Arrange chicken skin down over mixture. sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
