Served as dessert. Vegetarian dish.

3 (8 ounce) packages Cream Cheese

1 cup Sugar

4 Eggs

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 pint Sour Cream

1/2 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Whip up cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and pour into crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until almost set. Mix together sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and spread over warm cheesecake. Bake another 10-15 minutes, top with cherries or whatever desired.

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Cooking time: 1 1/2 hours
