Ingredients for Coconut Bars (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 boxes confectioners Sugar
1 can canned Milk
1 (14 oz.) bag Coconut
1 Cup Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Method for making Coconut Bars
|
|
Mix all the ingredients together and put on to large greased cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Take out and cut into 1 inch bars. Melt over low heat:- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. Chocolate Chips, 2 Tablespoon vegetable Oil. Dip bars in chocolate. Cool on waxed paper.
