Apple Cranberry Bundt Cake


Features of Apple Cranberry Bundt Cake

Served as dessert. Vegetarian dish. Speciality: Diabetic diet.

Ingredients for Apple Cranberry Bundt Cake   (Click here for measurement conversion)

3 cups Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

2 Eggs, beaten

2 cups Apples, peeled and sliced

1 cup Canola Oil

1 cup fresh Cranberries, chopped

1 cup Nuts, chopped

2 cups Sugar or 1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking

1 teaspoon Vanilla


TOPPING

1/2 cup melted Butter

1/4 cup Sugar

1 Tablespoon Corn Syrup

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Powdered Sugar, for dusting (opitional)

Method for making Apple Cranberry Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; prepare bundt or tube pan by greasing & flouring. Mix together flour. salt and baking powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until blended, batter will be stiff. Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Topping: Mix all ingredients together; except powdered sugar; until well blended. Pour topping over and down sides of hot cake while still in pan. Let cool for 30 minutes before removing from pan. Optional; dust top with powdered sugar before serving.
