BURGERS
2 lb Lean ground Beef
1 medium Onion, minced
3 Tablespoon Minced fresh Parsley
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 Tablespoon Flour
Butter for frying
2 Onions, thinly sliced in rings

Method for making Classic German Burgers
|
|
Combine burger ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Fry in melted butter until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Fry onions in pan drippings until golden.
