A,1 Meatloaf


Features of A,1 Meatloaf

Ingredients for A,1 Meatloaf   (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 lbs ground Beef

2 Tablespoons A-1 Steak Sauce

1 cup dry Breadcrumbs

2 Eggs

3/4 cup Milk

3 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes

1 small Onion, minced

1/4 cup Carrots, shredded


Sauce

1 (8 ounce) can Tomato Sauce

2 Tablespoons A-1 Steak Sauce

Method for making A,1 Meatloaf

For the sauce, simply mix the two ingredients together. Mix all meatloaf ingredients together with half of the sauce mixture. Blend well. Pat meatloaf into a 9x5x3" loaf pan, or shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan. Spread remaining sauce mixture over the top of the meatloaf. Bake in a 400 degree oven for one hour.
