Apple and Brie Fondue


Features of Apple and Brie Fondue

Appetizer. Server before main meal. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients for Apple and Brie Fondue   (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 lb Brie Cheese

5 Apples, peeled and cut into slices

Method for making Apple and Brie Fondue

Remove rind from cheese and cut into cubes. Place cheese in fondue dish. Heat until cheese has melted but not liguidy. Serve apple slices to dip into cheese. You can use pieces of Italian bread also.
