Features of Appetizer Quiche

Served as appetizer. Vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Appetizer Quiche (Click here for measurement conversion)

1/4 cup Margarine

1 cup chopped Onion

1 cup Milk

1 Egg

2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese

1 1/2 cups Bisquick

Method for making Appetizer Quiche

Saute onion. Beat egg. Add milk, Bisquick, onion, 1 cup cheese. Pour into 8 inc h square pan. Sprinkle last cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated at serving time.
